Our Balsamic Glaze with Truffle is made by the family-owned Acetaia Reale in Modena, Italy. There, they have become masters at producing high-quality balsamic vinegar products. Their glaze is made by combining grape must with their 12 year aged balsamic vinegar, yielding a shiny, concentrated reduction. The infusion of truffles here gives it an earthy, rich flavor, making it a very special condiment.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
Its thick, reduced consistency and aromatic, delectable truffle flavors make our Balsamic Glaze a great condiment for cheese plates, meats and antipasti. Just a drop will transform even the simplest dish and add tons of flavor. Try it with grilled steak that has been marinading in some of our Italian Leccino extra virgin olive oil and our Espresso Balsamic vinegar; a few drops before serving really bring out the flavors! It is also delicious over roasted vegetables, especially roasted beets.
