Chop up some cabbage, cauliflower, jicama, carrots, celery, red onion, radishes, red and yellow peppers, apple, walnuts, golden raisins, currants, small chunks of sharp cheddar, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, parsley, thyme, crushed red pepper and dress generously with olive oil, traditional balsamic, Black Currant Balsamic and Worcestershire sauce. Make plenty because undressed it keeps for 1.5 weeks in the fridge. Dish out a generous helping, dress it, and get ready for a flavor explosion.
