Our Chemlali extra virgin is an extremely versatile, all-purpose olive oil -- drizzle over fresh pasta or toasted artisan breads for a bruschetta or crostini; finish over grilled fish, chicken and vegetables as a means of replacing butter. As vinaigrette, pair it with our Red Apple or Raspberry Balsamic vinegars over a salad of baby spinach, gorgonzola cheese and toasted walnuts; for a lighter dressing over peppery arugula or crisp romaine, heirloom tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese, pair it with our Bergamot & Lime or Huckleberry White Balsamic vinegars.
