PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Our barrel aged Cranberry & Pear White Balsamic is clean, crisp and tart with a lovely deep rose blush. It has an amazingly fruity and complex bouquet that shines in a multitude of culinary applications. Use this vinegar with our Moraiolo Italy extra virgin olive oil or our Premium Roasted Almond or Pistachio oil to dress vegetable and fruit salads, in a marinade, a glaze for poultry, with gelatin for delicious fruit aspic or even in a mixed drink.
