Our Farfalline Arcobaleno are colorful, small bow-ties that are smaller and more delicate than the larger Farfalle Arcobaleno. They are produced by the pasta artisans at the Marella factory in Puglia, Italy, where they use only Certified Organic ingredients to make their gorgeous and delicious pastas. Because the dyes used are naturally derived from vegetables (spinach, paprika, turmeric and beetroot), the colorful stripes are still just as vibrant after being cooked!

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
We love to show off the beautiful colors of our Farfalline Arcobaleno when we cook them, so we love drizzling them with some of our Pescarese extra virgin olive oil from Italy; a good dusting of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and freshly-cracked black pepper adds the final flourish. Another terrific partner for these gorgeous little bow-ties is our Pesto alla Genovese; it adds terrific flavors and still shows off the beautiful rainbow colors!
