HIGH QUALITY SEA SALT,
The salt in this unique blend comes from salt pans created on the Adriatic coast of Italy, in Cervia, from 965AD. Little known in the U.S., Cervian sea salt is know for its sweetness (that is, its absence of bitter minerals), and so it is excellent for finishing foods. The addition of various edible flowers makes this sea salt blend beautifully aromatic and a unique choice for your cooking.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
Use this one-of-a-kind salt to finish your dishes, from grilled or roasted vegetables to meats and poultry. Sprinkle over grilled zucchini with some of our Italian Biancollila or Picual extra virgin olive oils and creamy, tangy goat cheese for a tasty summertime side dish, or over pork tenderloin or pork chops for flavorful and juicy meat. Our Fiori & Salt can also be used in desserts-- try it over homemade chocolate truffles for a deliciously sweet-and-salty dessert!
