Our frilly Fusilli is a classic Italian pasta shape that has become known and loved the world over. Ours is made by the artisans at the Marella pasta factory in Puglia, Italy, where they have become famous for the gorgeous and delicious pastas they produce. PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
Our frilly Fusilli pasta is a must-have with any kind of tomato sauce! The fun swirls will capture the sauce beautifully, and offer a great presentation as well. We love our Arrabbiata Sauce with our Fusilli -- the spirals capture the spicy sauce in their folds, and with a little drizzle of our Organic Red Hot Pepperoncini extra virgin olive oil, the result is a delicious and spicy dish! Add chunks of spicy Italian sausage for a true Italian meal. As well, a simple drizzle of some of our Portuguese Cobrancosa extra virgin olive oil and Parmigiano-Reggiano or Pecorino-Romano cheese makes our Fusilli just as appetizing -- and makes it easy for little fingers to enjoy!
