GRIGLIATA, Literally meaning "grilled dinner," this fantastic spiced salt mix adds the strong flavor of the Tuscan sea and coastal hills it comes from to any dish! Produced and packaged in Castiglione della Pescaia, near Grosseto in the Maremma part of Tuscany, this mix is bursting with a mix of sea salt crystals and bay leaves, rosemary, juniper berries, pink peppercorns and a hint of cinnamon.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
Our Grigliata Spiced Salt is a great seasoning to use when barbecuing-- take a handful and throw over the coals several times during cooking to add both aroma and flavor! It is also excellent sprinkled over meats (especially steak!) when grilling or cooking to add flavor; all you need is a drizzle of our Caninese Italy extra virgin olive oil to finish. Experiment with it in marinades as well, especially those featuring our Chipotle extra virgin olive oil and our Hickory White Balsamic vinegar; the flavors will be bursting in your mouth!
