Our high quality infused Herbs de Provence extra virgin olive oil is composed of an elegant combination of Thyme, Rosemary, Savory, Basil, Lavender, Fennel seeds and Marjoram, which are crushed with buttery olives to produce a multifaceted and aromatic extra virgin olive oil.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
Dried Herbs de Provence are typically used to season roasted vegetables, grilled chicken and white fish, and this beautiful extra virgin olive oil can be used the same way. Pair it with our Champagne Wine Vinegar and Dijon mustard for a sophisticated vinaigrette, or pair it with our Pomegranate white Balsamic vinegar for something a little more decadent and aromatic. By itself, our Herbs de Provence extra virgin makes an excellent finishing oil specially when it is used to roast of any kind of rosate. It can be drizzled over pizza, focaccia bread or a log of goat cheese served with slices of toasted baguette.
