PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Buttery smooth and bold, our Moraiolo extra virgin is delicious in bruschetta rustica with toasted bread, a rubbing of raw garlic and a sprinkling of sea salt. Try it over bitter lettuce salads (endive, arugula, chicory), summer tomatoes and fresh herbs with our Violet Balsamic vinegar, or on gazpacho or other chilled summer vegetable soups.
