We love to make vinaigrettes with our Spanish Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, Merlot Wine vinegar, a dollop of our Pommery Fireman's Mustard and some herbs (like basil, rosemary and thyme) to pour over fresh field greens, or even over green beans or warm lentils for an easy and flavorful side dish.
