PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
Because of their versatile shape, Ziti make a great addition to your pantry. they can be simply cooked up and served with any kind of sauce, from pesto (like our delicious Pesto alla Genovese) to a Bolognese to simple extra virgin olive oil and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (like our Organic Crushed Basil or Italian Pescarese extra virgins). Ziti are traditionally used to make pasta al forno, or baked pasta dishes. Simply cook them up until almost al dente, then toss with tomato sauce and plenty of mozzarella and scamorza cheeses and bake in the oven. A drizzle of our Organic Roasted Garlic extra virgin olive oil is all else that is needed!
