Arlecchino, or harlequin, is an important figure in Venice, and makes multiple appearances especially during the Venice Carnival in February. The playful colors that make up this fabulous pasta will bring cheer to any occasion! Its silky texture gives this pasta an Italian "dumpling" quality when cooked. And the fabulously bright colors (all naturally from vegetables and squid ink) remain vibrant, even after being cooked.

Thanks to its gorgeous colors, our Arlecchino Pasta is best when paired simply with a good extra virgin olive oil (such as our Italian Caninese), fresh-cracked black pepper and shreds of fresh basil leaves.
